The New Challenges Foundation (NCF) proposes to repaint the exterior of its facility to create a more welcoming, vibrant, and professional space for the community. This project will engage volunteers to improve the appearance of the building, fostering pride and creating a positive environment for youth and adults pursuing education and employment opportunities.
